Our aim is to achieve best value by procuring goods and services through competition wherever practicable. Advertising in general will be carried out in line with EC rules, i.e. supplies and services >£139,893 and works >£3,497,313 are advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Contract opportunities >£25,000 are advertised on this website as well as the Public Contracts Scotland portal (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) and relevant journals. Tayside Police do not hold a Supplier Standing List, however may utilise Constructionline as a source of supply base for particular types of contract.
