Advertising in general will be carried out in line with EC rules, i.e. supplies and services >£139,893 and works >£3,497,313 are advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Contract opportunities >£25,000 are advertised on this website as well as the Public Contracts Scotland portal (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) and relevant journals. Tayside Police do not hold a Supplier Standing List, however may utilise Constructionline as a source of supply base for particular types of contract.
